Returns and Damage Claims
Product Returns: Select product you would like to return from your order
Damage Claims:
All damage claims are handled through the carrier that delivered your package. To start a claim you will need to supply the following information and photos.
- Photo of box how it arrived showing any damage
- Photos of damage
- Photo of the shipping label showing the tracking number
- If returning the item keep the original box and item must not have been used or installed.
