Returns and Damage Claims

Product Returns: Select product you would like to return from your order, no photos are necessary. Returned items must be new and in it's original packaging. Items will be inspected on return for all original components.

Damage Claims:
All damage claims are handled through the carrier that delivered your package. Claims may take 5-10 days to process before a resolution. To start a claim you will need to supply the following information and photos.

  1. Photos of box how it arrived showing any damage
  2. Photos of damage
  3. Photo of the shipping label showing the tracking number
  4. If returning the item for replacement, keep the original box and item must not have been used or installed. Items will be inspected on return for all original components.
